“ABV was great. We had two fifty-year old and inoperable fire hydrants on our property that the local fire chief wanted replaced immediately. We contacted ABV and cut them loose on the project, which proved to be more difficult than originally anticipated. We encountered several obstacles along the way but they remained focused and took everything in stride. I couldn't be more pleased with the way they worked hard to get the job done and the communication they maintained with us throughout the process. “The early summer rain brought additional water into my already damp basement, so I wanted to get it waterproofed sooner than later. However, to get to the area that needed work meant that my back porch had to be demolished and rebuilt. Mike with ABV was the first person to call me after I submitted my request for an estimate on Home Advisor. When we spoke, he never asked me if my husband could be there with me when he came by to take a look at my house. THIS IS HUGE!! I really appreciate it when contractors respect my ability to make big-kid decisions without a man around to "translate." Mike and the ABV Contractors gave me a reasonable estimate within my budget, kept me updated on the project's timeline, and left the site neat and clean every day they were here. I'm happy to say that ABV did a great job on the project! I wish that they could have helped me with finishing my new porch with some special railing I wanted, but it's not in their wheelhouse. However, they did give me the name of a contractor who might be able to help.”
