When
it comes to |
| We start by completely excavating the exterior to remove existing drain tile. |
Then we install new drain-tile with clean outs to grade for easy inspection, and install new downspout lines as they were previously installed. |
The next step is to clean
and prepare the wall for the sealing process. |
The first two steps in the sealing process is to apply a new cement mortar plaster coating as well as an ironite coating. |
The
last step in the sealing process is to apply a foundation of tar to ensure a lasting seal. |
It is now time to backfill. We start by backfilling with premium stone to 12" below finished grade to allow for fast drainage. Finally we backfill the balance with topsoil or concrete to match what was there.
Our final step is to thoroughly clean-up worksite and replant and disturbed landscaping. Except for your newly dry basement, you would never know we were there. |
