 When it comes to Basement Waterproofing, whether it is a commercial or residential application, our years of experience allows us to fix the problem correctly the first time.

What we do:

  • Complete exterior excavation to remove existing drain tile.
  • We seal the wall with new cement mortar plaster, ironite and foundation tar.
  • Install new drain-tile with clean outs to grade for easy inspection.
  • Install new downspout lines as they were previously installed.
  • Backfill with premium stone to 12" below finished grade to allow for fast drainage.
  • Backfill the balance with topsoil or concrete to match what was there.
  • Clean-up worksite and replant and disturbed landscaping.
